So….. definitely worth 5 stars but the heart was broken en route to me. But wow……a fabulous company, quick to respond to emails and to rectify the breakage. It’s a beautiful item and I repaired it myself but Pitch Up and Chill still offered a refund , an exchange or a different item. Will definitely buy from such a wonderful company again. Thank you. ❤️
